I saw one of the mages in one of the many threads talking about all of the abilities he / she was cycling, and it came up running Maloseniac and Epic 2.0 click. Before that line existed, it was bad form to run epic click with Iceflame because it resulted in less either DPS or less Mitigation from what I had gathered. Has this changed? Or did the mage not know what they were talking about. I am not a mage main, so I pick up on little things here and there, but I am pretty sure I had it right you shouldn't use mage 2.0 anymore.
Epic is terrible outside of the like 1k heal. Proc rates do get impacted by having lots of procs all vying for sunlight. So, yes it is possible that this person's epic procs are ruining some of their potential Eminence procs making it so the pet may take more DMG.
