LoTD stacking with other XP benefits would be great. Why cancel them out. Seems like bad business at the very least to have a paid item not work with a free one. The issue with rested XP is the tradeoff. It eliminates the LOTD burns where people get together once a day for a 30m session of XP plowing. That's about the amount of time I can grind for because I hate standing in one spot. While I do like the rested XP, as it would be more efficient for me as a whole, a lot of people wouldn't like it. Being able to pick which method you wanted to be opted into would be cool though. I would probably opt into rested over LOTD.
