The level 70 swarm pet spell, Raging Servant, from the Depths of Darkhollow expansion is sharing a cooldown timer with the level 60 Point Blank AE damage spell, Wind of the Desert, from LDON. That has to be a bug.
Wind of the Desert should be Timer 2 or Timer 4, not Timer 5. Scintillation (Kunark) is Timer 4, everything before that does not share a timer, everything after Wind of the Desert is Timer 2. For consistency, Wind of the Desert and Scintillation should both be Timer 2.
I noticed this with two wizard spells so far as well, doomscale husk and darkwater torrent. One is a shield and the other is a rain DD so no reason to share a cooldown between them.
