The procs from mage Elemental Form (Elemental Air, Elemental Earth, and Elemental Flames) block themselves: "Your Elemental Earth III spell did not take hold (blocked by Elemental Earth III)" This is also creating a lot of spam since we get this message for every player, merc, and pet in the group.
