I know that a mage with lots of AA is one of the best power leveler for toons who are high enough to group with him and get EXP. But their is any way for them to power leveler the other ones ? Is using shroud to lower your level (just low enough to get EXP with the PLed toon) as a tanking shroud with a healing merc would do a good job ?
The level range to get XP with a higher character is base level + 1/2 base level so if a new character groups with some one Shrouded down to 5, there is little gain as a 5 tank merc or a 1 tank merc still powerful against low trash. At 20 a low character could group for XP with a 30 Shroud and there would be advantage, but, you aren't getting the mage power, it is much later when a mage is able to really shine for PL. Probably the best option for a high mage would be to shroud to 45-50 and use a healer merc to put Temperance on the low character and merc, then unshroud and cast the best DS on low character and tank merc. I prefer to use Druid for lower levels, Level 49 Hp buff, regen Damage shield, makes starting toons very powerful. But, you work with what you have available.
