As I recall, on Fippy when expansions released the new race/class combos available on live when Fippy started were put in. That said, will wood elf beastlords be in with Luclin on Phinny/Magefire/Lockjaw?
If they did not allow Halfling rangers etc. at the start, i doubt you will see Wood Elf Beastlords for a long time.
they are tied to Voa or some late expansion they didnt add trainers in kelethin for wood elf beastlords, or in rathe for froglok monks. the only starting option for either is Crescent Reach, so the earliest we could see these combos is TSS.
