Luck is a stat added to some items. Introduced with The Burning Landsexpansion, luck will give you random boosts to Block, Dodge, Parry, Riposte, Melee Crit, Direct Damage Spell Crit, Damage Over Time Spell Crit, Direct Heal Spell Crit, Heal Over Time Spell Crit, Alchemy Success, Bandage, Disarm, Disarm Traps, Forage, Pick Locks, Steal, Fishing, Sense Trap, Begging, Intimidate, Taunt, and Coin.
Another question about luck: Does luck see diminishing returns after a certain level? If so, what level of luck does this occur at, and what are the effects of the diminishing returns? Thank you again.
Technically, it receives diminishing returns anything after the first point of Luck you acquire. You will then see many Lucky rolls take effect and it will take more Luck than can be attained at this time to see that much of an increase from the stat. There are no diminishing returns in how if scales as it grows. Like clockwork, every 10 points in Luck gains the same amount of chance and damage modded by the skill. It hasn't changed from 61-120 (except the crit damage, slightly). It's likely by design to keep the stat from going out of control and to avoid future nerfs.
