Wizard only, 11 dmg, 24 delay but ive gone to use it on a little wizard and just realised it has no item type, not 1h blunt or 2h blunt or anything. When using it i swing like a staff but am "punching" the mobs. Not sure if its an oversight or intentional but it seems bizarre to me so figured i'd report as a bug. Thanks!

Yeah, all it says is primary. And at level 39 you can use the port feature it offers. Mana free. Can save your group in a pinch.
It's faster to unclick a spell gem, pick Nek Gate from the spell menu, have it load, have it refresh, and cast the spell than it is to click that staff. And the gate spell has a 10s load ... Not the only old port item where that's the case, but for some reason this was the one that bugged me the most on my wizard ... no idea why. I do actually think it's a bug that it is not a 2hb weapon anymore. Someone is just wasting keyring space with it.
