The post about Zeb at the end of SoD and discussion around what he's referring to made me think about other storylines that have been mentioned in flavor text over the last 20 years. What content do we know about through rumors/data diving/GMs that was never finished and made available? E.g., folks have known about GMM for years! The maps have been on YouTube for what, four years? What other content has been hinted or rumored at that never materialized?
I remember seeing a zone list with "Abbey of Innoruuk" on it way back in the day, think it had Tower of Rot too from way back before that was a zone
These are the original concept maps for the first five EQ continents. I had no idea zones like Gulf of Gunthak, Barren Coast, Loping Plains, Dragonscale Hills, even the Dead Hills were original concept zones! And didn't make it into the game until many years later.
