does anyone know if the haste from these two stack? http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=28461 http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=36451
enc mobs will often override 'overhaste' clicks, because overhaste clicks have an HP regen component that conflicts with a dot that encs have - so, encs (and necros) will overwrite OH clicks due to the HP regen part.
*nods* I can't think of what it was, but I specifically remember the Lizardscale Girdle's buff getting stripped a lot in a couple of camps, possibly in SS during HoT. Whatever the case, I started carrying around a stack of regular haste potions because of it and it didn't override the potions.

The haste effect is occuring in different spell slots. This matters for which spell slot the slow debuff is taking place in. For example, during the Defense of Lendiniara mission, the first guard has an AE slow effect that cancels Twitching Speed but will not cancel any other haste. Twitching Speed's haste and Cursed Ether's slow occur in the same spell slot. The slow still overrides the haste effect of other buffs until cured or worn off, but doesn't actually cancel them.
