Ratio is better on fabled bow so I would go for that one. At lvl 76 you should have access to flaming and frost arrows and later on also poison arrows. Also rememeber to benefit from your activated abilities. Eventhough most of them give most improvement to melee then they all have somekind of impact on your archery aswell.
Ancient Arrow, eh? That changes your bow ratios to 106 30 and 88 25. That Fabled is a 3.533333 ratio weapon, and the other is 3.52 ratio. Remember, arrows function as the original damage aug, for bows.
