If I banner in to a raid instance, after its over and I tell the npc that I want to leave he sends me to pok. He should instead send people out to the npc that sent people in. He should just know that is the normal way to enter and exit.
Dev explained it once something like its not a command to "zone out to NPC" it's more of a return to previous save so to speak which may be stored on the zone global data, which taking banner or campfire doesn't set that bit only zoning in from the NPC. So when it sends you out, it has no reference point and the fallback is that location in PoK. There's nothing right now they could use and would require script support, since it's not really breaking anything wouldn't have a priority for a fix.
