Getting the message "A strange magical presence prevents you from entering. It's too dangerous inside the dungeon at the moment." even after waiting plenty of time for the instance to load. Dropping mission and tried again. Same thing. Some people in guild are inside a LDON. But everyone in general chat is saying they also cannot enter.
Likewise, Karl Kranigan's 11th Anniversary Raid and Deathknell's raid instance won't load. Just the same "A strange magical presence.." even after waiting 10 minutes.
