Obviously, it’s nice to empathetic and courteous to everyone and avoid personal attacks or insults. I think the way you phrased it comes off apathetic, which is ultimately the worse state for any game community.

Community passion expressed through frustration acts as a valuable tool for the studio, because it acts as proof the game still has life. It’s better JChan can smack the proverbial bee-hive and see the swarm. Ultimately, they got to present this to people above them and showing community reaction coupled with financial metrics is an effective tool.

Stop funneling EQ profits into games that nobody plays. That's what I'd say.

If those games can't stand on their own and earn a profit...cancel them...then you won't have to waste money paying those devs.

Possibly, be nice if they actually acknowledged it in a more professional manner, I think players are owed that much.
