Launcher going to black screen.

    EQ and EQ2 ran fine yesterday. Today I get a black screen after a few seconds with launcher.

    Any help?

    It is kicking my characters out of the game fairly often. Now when I reload I also get this issue. One big empty box the size of the normal launchpad.

    I am having this Issue on 3 of my 6 computers now. When I hit the launcher it just goes black. The other 3 computers load the game up just fine. 2 of my Computers are I dentical 1 loads the game the other one does not. Can someone please help. Have put a ticket in with customer service and sent the info they asked for. I have not heard back from them now in 2 days with any solutions.

    I had this problem when I first downloaded the game. I ran the launchpad in XP compatibility mode and it ran fine. I switched back to regular windows 8 mode and it seemed to fix the issue.
