I just made my Necro this robe : Latent Etheric Robe of the Exhumer. The Focus is a plus 4% for pyre of marnek. That seems very low to me, and I petitioned to see if it was correct. As mentioned in your link, the focus is applied at the "base spell effectiveness" before other focus effects are applied including your worn fire focus and aa's like destructive cascade. The next version raises the 4% to a 5% compared to the raid level of 7%. Compared to the frightweave robe which added Focus Effect: NEC Pyre of Marnek Damage 45-80 1: Increase Spell Damage by 45% to 80% (Before DoT Crit, After Nuke Crit) which correct me if I'm wrong would prevent the fire focus in your arms from increasing the damage. Focus Effect: Fire Damage 45-70 L100 1: Increase Spell Damage by 45% to 70% (Before DoT Crit, After Nuke Crit) Might also pick up the type 3 for Pyre of Marnek if you want to add a bit more damage.
