I am pretty sure krono's are universal across all daybreak games that utilize krono's but I only play EQ1 so I cant confirm. Considering it gives you 30 days of all access and all access gives you access to all of the games within the all access pass it would only make sense.

When a Krono is consumed the number of days of All Access membership left on your account will be displayed below the "Consume Krono" button. Note that Krono may only be consumed in EverQuest or EverQuest 2 but provide All Access membership.

From https://help.daybreakgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/231116448-Krono if further questions. Make sure your account is old enough.

I used to play Planetside 2 with full membership benefits by consuming Everquest 2 Kronos after liquidating all my assets before retiring there. I feel the Krono system is actually a really great system for player retention across a library of titles it's just a shame Daybreak's library is fairly limited.
