Cant pick my krono up to trade to my other account....cant consume a krono on either account. any fix on this or tips to get it to work? would really like to level up my box on xp weekend
Just happened to me as well. Krono disappeared, so I figured I'd try to resub somethign via CC. Was billed, still no gold status. Running very inefficiently right now. Took 3-4 trade attempts to purchase a krono as well.
I had just purchased 5 more Krono's for my accounts too...almost thinking I should block the payment at this point.
I wouldn't block payment as charge backs will get your accounts all banned. Petition and explain the situation. They will fix it. Keep in mind this is a holiday weekend in the US so I am not sure if anyone is on staff.
