I have spent about 20 hours with tracking and never seen Kejar. The spot where he used to be, by all reports, does not seem to spawn him any longer. I sat there for 12 hours. In the old days he would spawn and despawn on his own. I did however also kill the room Then, guessing that the hole revamp may have moved him, I moved to a spot where I could see the entire zone with track and tried to spot him for a few days, a couple hours at a time. Has this spawn been broken somehow? The quest Shiny Robe of the Underfoot requires him to spawn.
Looking on magelo it shows that Kejar has Random Loot Server drops attached, which leads me to believe that it spawned at some point on Mischief/Thornblade.
I'm not familiar with newer servers. Are those progression? At least on povar , something changed from his old spawn rules.
