Isn't it time to kill the "except Iksar" flags?

    Just reviewing some old items and realized that things like the Incarnadine BP and Rubi BP are still all but Ikky.

    Isn't this something we can move past? it seems, esp with the incarnadine BP that since potions and whatnot are available it's a nuisance leftover from a time when 10 ac mattered more...now it's just silly? Yes it would take minutes to recode...but still. Lets stop the anti Ikky bigotry already!

    Free the ikky! (oh wait...I'm a troll..nevermind?)

    Sure Remove the no Iksar flag as soon as they remove the 50AC bonus they get.

    Should just make the racial innates general AA's like the Leadership AA "Veteran Enhancement".
