Is the 19 of 22 Expansions correct?

    I know I read that CoTF is open to enter, my characters are not of level yet, so I have yet to zone in. But at log in it still shows 19 of 22, just curious what you guys think?

    Just not updated to show 20 of 22? Is there is some official reason, not posted from DBG (or posted and I never saw) ?Just wondering if it is not being given fully or something like that? For anyone that has a character at that level, did you get the AAs?

    I don't know why it still shows 19/22 but I can verify that some silver account holders I know of without expansions purchased have been able to zone into COTF, do HAs, get merc AAs, etc, and that an all-access account without the expansions gets higher level autogrants.

    This has been my experience as well and it shows 19/22 for me.

    Thanks guys, good to know its not just me. I'll try to go there sometime just to look around and try not to get myself pummeled.
