I keep seeing Ele boss kills and just wondering how many people even need to hail the PP anymore with GoD just around the corner. If only a handful of people in the raid even need the flags will guilds usually invite random people to come hail him if they were to ask politely?
Assuming you mean sending a tell to the person who shows up on the System Wide kill message. Almost 90%+ of these kills are in a Instance. And many of the raids are not on their last kill. So they would have to wait for you to get in zone and either get CoTH'd or run to the PP to hail. Which they likely won't do if its an instance and they're doing other targets. Considering they would have to drop that instance to get another. Now if they just so happen to be done for the night on that specific kill and they don't plan on opening up any other instances, odds are they would have no problems inviting you for a hail. Either way it does not hurt to send a tell and ask. But yeah you can expect to not get the hail often considering the circumstances I have mentioned above.
Guilds will generally give away hails, your best bet is to just send a tell to whom ever got the serverwide message who the RL is and ask them(this only applies to phinny, couldnt say on other servers).
Looks like an open backflagging day is scheduled for this Saturday, July 8th on Phinny, according to a post on here. Might be a good opportunity to buff up that charm and get some flags done.
