IP Address Blocked??

    I recently posted about my toon going missing.

    Now this....
    I opened a ticket 4 days ago
    I went to log in just now to look to see if there was any news
    And I got this message when I try to visit the ticket URL
    Can anyone help/advise?

    Your IP address has been blocked.

    The administrator for this Zendesk has enabled IP restrictions.

    This site is a Zendesk based help desk.

    I'm getting the same IP restrictions message when I go to open a ticket as well.

    Ah - that's kinda reassuring - suggests a bug rather than anything more sinister. Perhaps.

    I seem to recall when they first moved to the new petition system this happened too.
