Maybe it never did. i cast it on a necro after the patch and his dps went down. tested it a few times and it didn't seem to increase his damage at all let alone 15/20%. Has this 'buff' for poison casters always had a 12 tick limit? I also noticed, the buff fades off after only a couple dot hits. I would like to make use of the ability, but it seems relatively useless, or it's bugged. Or both.
what level are the spells you are using? it starts decaying after level 90 by 10% per level over that so that might explain the decrease in damage
