Rant on. Killed Doomshade. Went to open the chest and zone crashed. Left us with no loot and just enough people getting the lockout to mess us up doing it again but most not getting it.
This happened to us on a swarm commander raid. It appeared as though most or all of us were rolled back to a few minutes into starting the event directly after appearing to have beating the event. Some had lockouts some some didn't etc.

Just happened to us on Free the Goranga. After we won, most of raid went LD and went to character select. Instance disappeared with the loot chest. Some of us have a expedition lockout and some don't. We had this happen for the 2nd time on PV last night immediately after winning. Some got lockouts on the event, nobody got loot, unsure on coin. Lynxrob, Phoenix Rises
Yep, second primal vampire hard-fought win and second time the zone crashed and no loot, achievements, or coins. Please look into this or at least make suggestions to avoid this on a temporary pre-permafix basis.
Happened to us yesterday on Free the Goranga Xegony server. Same thing, a few of us got lockouts, most didn't. Many lost the achivements as well.
Zelnithak raid - Tunare - DZ crashed almost immediately after we defeated the bloody hoof stomping thing. We never even opened the chest but many received a loot lockout. Running raids involves a lot of effort from many people. Please do some work on the DZ stability, thanks.
Had Goranga crash on us last night 8/29 on Povar. I was able to open the chest, link it in /gu and write down how many of each spell we go.... then /crash. No loot, rollback so no currency and most people have lockouts.
We need more information for issues relating to crashes. If this happens consistently in the same missions / instances / raids, please open up a new thread. Include the name of the missions / instances / raids, the crash time and date, and what server you were on. Any information on what you were doing at the time of the crash helps. Thanks!
