Not sure if it is a bug, and there is a post about this problem with Necros. Did they mean to add a new unity AA level to cast the updated Demeanor line of spells with the Shadow knight unity AA and forget to implement it?
Noticed this as well. Never going to use the new spell until it's added to Unity. Not worth the time to mem it, personally.
I get your point. But it does last 3.5 hours at base. With extensions, etc it lasts a VERY long time. Outside of high-death situations (i.e. Raids), it is very worth upgrading a level 75 spell. As I understood things, it has been worthless for years, affecting lifetap spells up to level 85 (i.e. none that you cast). The new one boosts life tap spells up to 120 (i.e. all of them).
The old one (Remorseless Demeanor) was updated earlier this year (I think, maybe last year) to apply to 120 spells. The only benefits to the new one are a slight (after crit) damage bonus, it has 2 counters, and it applies up to level 130. My eyes saw 85 and assumed it was my window with Remorseless. Comedy of errors on my part. Sorry and thank you for clarifying.
