On Agnar I have completed all of the required parts of the above titled Achievement except for killing 10 Drakkin because we don't have Drakkin there nor are we to get to that expansion. That Race should be pulled off the Achievement for that server or at least on that server Mark the Drakkin as completed.
Not sure I understand this request. It's certainly not a bug. There's lots of slayer achievements that cannot ever be completed on Agnarr. That's kind of the entire point of the server. It's locked in an old era and you'll never complete newer content on it.
