The quest is still active, though I tend to think that a 37 warrior won't be able to complete it. You need to find and kill Azdalin and Gylton in Burning wood for their scales, and complete a quest starting with Tektite in Overthere (you need a piece of Tektite, kill the mob or trade 2 carnelion for it- the tektite and a peridot to Lord Lyfyx in temple of Sol Ro) if you are KOS in OT then could make a DE to get the piece there and do handin in Sol Ro, hand all three scales to Squire Fuzzmin in FV zone- if you are KOs to him then get a good race to do hand in, and trade the sword over.
