How to run at higher than 1600x1200

    I used the game configuration option to disable the new troll and ogre models. It forced me to pick 1600x1200. Before I ran the game configuration, it always ran in windowed mode at 2560x1600 or whatever it is. It filled up my whole monitor. What is the deal?

    /FACEPALM I looked there and for whatever reason my eyes did not see video modes. Thanks.
