How To Claim Prize: ...... Items

    I have the following item, Prize: Tear of Tranquility

    How do I transform this item? When I right click on the item to inspect EQ crashes every time. What am I doing wrong?

    Redeem it in Legends of Norrath, then exit LoN. Back in regular EQ type /claim. Hit the refresh button in the claim window. Look on the list for your loot item. Hopefully that gets it for you.
