Most raid forces don't field dps anywhere close to enough for that. I will give the developers credit though, because the timer before they heal does increase over time. That foresight reminds me of Zalikor, for which one set of the add locations is significantly weaker than the other two. I really appreciated that since it's perfect to let the weaker (or those who tended to fall in lava all the time) players contribute getting a job done that needed to happen on that event.
