It depends on the issue and your account status; I have had same day responses with no problem. If its a in-game issue such a character problem, bugs, SPAM issue, item issue, etc etc - you can expect a 24-48 hour response time. If its an account issue, you can expect it to be 7-10 business days.
So 6 days for a petition about an in game bug is not acceptable. Petition is regarding drogan toes bug as mentioned in another thread
In another thread GM recognized the toes problem and a solution has been found. However it takes a full patch to implement the fix.
