Housing suggestion, to make it look more populated.

    When a housing zone instance spins up, have unowned plots make a 'clone' of random houses from other versions.

    also, optionally:

    - change the color/texture of the border to indicate that plot is still available.
    - make it only a % chance of filling in with a placeholder
    - add a checkbox to property to opt in/out of having your property cloned.

    because wandering through the mostly empty housing zones is kinda sad.

    It would be nice to randomly see something interesting on the way to my personal house.

    I'd like to be able to find the empty plots visually to see what I can buy. I'd also like to see what houses are worth looking at.
    Don't fill the housing area's with fake houses.
