I think her point is that http://forums.station.sony.com/eq/index.php?threads/contacting-support.4/, posted yesterday, 10/08/2012, is not in sync with http://help.station.sony.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/28939, last updated 09/05/2012. Both are official statements, but one is obviously in error and should be corrected.
