For years, holding down left click while over a spell gem would attach the spell gem to cursor, and then could drop it in a hotbar. No longer! Now nothing happens when holding down left click when cursor is over a spell. Started about a month or so ago, and have been waiting for a patch to fix it. It happens to all my characters (test server only) on 3 different computers. No problem on the live servers, the above problem doesn't affect any of them
