I feel like I should know the answer to this but I'm drawing a blank. My base AGI is currently 735 out of 765. I currently have 278 heroic AGI: Does the game take 30 hAGI to max out my base AGI, leaving me with 248 hAGI (effectively 225), or do I still get the benefit of 275 hAGI even though my base AGI is below max? If the former is true, I suppose I can use an AGI buff to get my base AGI maxed until I can address that shortcoming with gear tweaks.
