Greetings, I purchased an Heroic Character on Thru (it didn't show up on Friday), so I bought one again Friday (neither one showed up on the account on Saturday) yet both SC purchases went through and the appropriate amounts withdrawn. I tried using the /petition ingame , then it sent me to the CS site where it would not let me enter the message as it was demanding more information about the "in game problem" but didn't offer me any selections to add to it. Where do I go to from here to get my two heroic character choices for my account. At the time of the initial purchases I believe (Thurs) I bought one each for three other accounts and they show up with no problem. I did another /petition ingame today. What's up???
I just wanted to let everyone know that I was finally able to complete the help CS request. The missing data appeared this morning allowing me to complete and submit the form. Now I just have to wait for the answer. Thanx all.
