Then used heroic to level tp 100. When heroic was used character leveled to 100 but AAs were not awarded. the AA experience bar is also locked to 0% and tells me i have exceeded the 200 AAs allowable for my account.
Was able to resolve issue...had to manually spend the AAs i had accrued prior to using the heroic upgrade..logged out then logged back in and the AAs were autogranted and the AA xp slider was now working correctly.
