    I did petition, they said they could not help and to contact a moderator but I do not see any way to contact them.

    Here is the thing - you can report a post to a moderator but you have nothing in your post to report. I mean, total waste of time for them to ask you what is going on. I think you would have better luck explaining in a post what your issue is and then clicking the report button. If its regarding afk bots then it may be helpful to read thru the TLP forums on that.
