    HL procs off disruptive persecution and FOD, if you are casting them on recast you will average 1.15 procs per minute. (Figuring no other stuns)

    Keep that in mind for the future (basically healing light sucks)

    Healing Light used to work off procs (the Soltaris BP was great for it).
