I have been trying to do the TBM task in SV Decay on a new character. When I get to the step: Obliterate Korinth the Crusher 0/1 (Sul Vius: Demiplane of Decay) Weaken Korinth in battle and then use the Healing Ward to smite him when he is vulnerable at 26%. I cannot click the Healing ward, as it gives and error message saying "You are not on the right task to use that item". I tried the Decay spike from the same task, it also gives the same error message.
