Does anyone know if this quest is available in kunark? Also, would a human innoruuk worthshipper be able to do the full quest using bone chips for faction?
It will be in for Kunark. As to the race/deity thing from what I can remember our SKs saying is that if you don't have Cazic Thule as a deity you hit a faction cap with one of the turnin NPCs which prevents you from doing it. The iksar illusion potion won't be craftable until a bit later which gets you past the faction cap threshold.
I did it with a dark elf SK who worshiped Inny. This was many many moons ago on Combine. And man, did the factioning ever suck. I don't remember running into a turn in NPC that I was not able to interact with.
The only Race/Deity that seemed to have a issue doing the greenmist is Ogres worishipping Rallos Zek... Apparently the lizards don't consider Rallos Zek to be evil enough to support their cause
