This has been an issue for a long time and I'm sure anyone with a "fancy" mount would appreciate it getting corrected. The issue: when you sit on most of the new horse mounts (maybe others too) you lean back as if you're going fast. It sort of ruins the ascetics. I don't have that particular issue, but when my ranger is mounted and uses a bow, he turns to the left to shoot...even when the mob is right in front of him. Started when ToL launched, for me at least.
I'm sure its not "most". You need to name the specific mounts so they have a list to hand off to art to check the attachment points, otherwise they aren't going to be checking every mount in game. Your screenshot looks like Firiona Vie's Unicorn Horseshoe. As a high elf it looks that way for me too, none of my other horses or mounts do that. Flying mounts have you leaning back like that, and I think theres a winged unicorn, maybe they copied that one but forgot to rotate the attachment points for the rider since its non flying.
