According to http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=133120 Golden Beryl is both Quest and Tradeskills. However, it is not marked with those tags in the Description tab of the item.
That may be deliberate as that recipie is one of the options for the All Hail to the King quest that you have to figure out for the tradeskill item turn in.
