   A noble does cost 105.000 pp. Its NPC selling price and trading value is 100.000 pp.
   Basically the same 5% tax that also diamonds currently have: Buy 200 pp, sell 190 pp + a few gp.
   The difference is that diamonds do drop tax free and nobles do not.
