A schedule of dev implementation of the Gniksar (Gnixie?) menace would be welcome too. [can't blame the OP from ignoring the thread... who knows what the title was originally alluding to?]
They can tinker but it only makes malicious stuff, like bombs and booby traps. Their racial ability can be making anything mechanical fail randomly for no apparent reason at all.
Improved Combat Efficiency during Nighttime and in Indoor zones - Severe Penalty during the day in outdoor zones. Improved regen in Water. Can cast "Sense Mogwai" once pr. day.
I imagine something less ominous than Gremlins. More like small versions of the green lizards in Temple of Cazic Thule running around Norrath trying to sell us insurance on our mounts and such.
