Getting from Qeynos to Freeport on Progression server

I think that Tallon and Vallon Zek also had restrictions on who you could group with; pretty much that was limited to just the Team PvP servers though. It was Sullon Zek though that had the strictest grouping rules, ironic with it otherwise being a(n) (almost) no rule server.
