What time today will a guy be able to roll his Berzerker he's been waiting to play?

Typically, the expansions launch on TLPs at about 2pm CST (4pm PST).

2pm CST would be 12pm PST

From my observations on Aradune:
there will be 2.83x10^14 Berserkers today. About .001% of those will max level. About .0000001% of those will end up playing zerker in 3 months. About half of those will be decent or better DPS.

I think you mean 2pm CST (12 PM PST) as PST is 2 hours behind CST not ahead.

It's 2pm PST, 5pm EST (and 4pm CST)

And that is two hours later then what I was quoting.
