This company is trash. Learn how to communicate with the few people still willing to play the game you constantly mismanage. The good will of the players on TLPs is literally the only thing keeping Darkpaw Games out of the red.
it is STAGGERING how arrogant they are in ignoring SCREAMING unhappy customers. It's beyond fear or incompetence, there is unbridled RAGE at DPG and all of these disasters. People are complaining and BEGGING for some communication - they are so arrogant they don't care and they think (someone went to a seminar at a hotel once where they served day-old donuts and they "learned" how to manage customer service). We had this problem over the weekend - no way to contact anyone for help, no communication on the forums, a canned reply from a petition saying they cant get back to you right now. I honestly think they all just turn the lights off at 5:00
