Some accounts are showing the year for all access that was prepaid as not showing up on their membership, it shows as pending but expiring a year after any other prepaid time ends, however, it shows as charging you the next year $120 rate BEFORE the year from all access is added. Example: Noticed my paid time showed as 2 days in game, logged into account system and checked. Showed my all access sub expiring on 5/16/15. Showed I was going to be charged ~$120 on 5/17/14. Cancelled the recurring charge and it fixed it, in game time went to 368. So if you prepaid for the 1 year all access plan for $99, might want to double check if you had paid time left prior to buying it.
Not quite sure what is going on for two of my accounts. I have been using kronos for a bit now. I tried cancelling but it is still showing a June 2015 as the new date even though I have krono time left so the recurring sub shouldn't have happen. No charge in the payment portion though. Weird.
